Program Goals:
  Provide safe living accommodations for victims to recover and experience true freedom. 
  

STAGE ONE

DOMESTIC MINOR FEMALES ~ FREEdom™ CHILDREN’S HOME
Phase One
    Provide a residential group safehome for domestic minor sex trafficking victims.  Children may remain until they turn 18. 

Phase Two
    Provide an aftercare safehome for adult residents of Phase One and graduates of other faith based residential programs.    Resident’s stay will be determined case by case.  This facility will also be used to house staff and interns. 

STAGE TWO
ADULT WOMEN & ADULT WOMEN WITH CHILDREN
Phase One
    Establish an emergency shelter or rapid assessment center providing short-term residential care for women rescued out of commercialized sexual exploitation and trafficking.  Physical, psychological, and social situations of survivors are accessed and immediate needs are met.  Women will remain anywhere from one night up to three months. 

Phase Two
    Provide a long term residential safehome for women rescued out of commercialized sexual exploitation and trafficking who cannot live on their own due to extreme trauma, personal safety issues, witness protection during criminal proceedings, and declining health issue.  Residents will remain for 12 - 24 months. 

Phase Three
    Provide a residential facility for the children whose mothers are entering into residential programs for sexual exploitation and trafficking victims.  Guardianship will be granted to the facility.   Children will remain until mother’s complete programs they are in.  Guardianship will be transferred to mother once she completes the program and consistently demonstrates ability to be a responsible parent. 

Phase Four
    Unite mothers from phase two and children from phase three together in residential program.   Length of time for families to remain will be 1 month up to 24 months.  Length of stay will be determined by individual cases and protocols established as program advances in time.  

Program Objectives:
    •  Learn to share household responsibilities.   
    •  Learn to trust others.
    •  Lean how healthy families interact.
    •  Learn how to be responsible parents.   
    •  Provide restoration and healing needs to both victims and families.   
    •  Parents and children will be able to live together in healthy relationships.
    •  Establish and maintain model residential safehomes that can be be duplicated in other locations.
